This unique residence is located in the hills of Monda, with stunning panoramic views of the mountains towards the Sierra Nevada, Malaga Bay and Pueblo.
Nice town Monda 4 min. to drive. Marbella with beaches and touristic attractions 20 min. Malaga 25 min. by modern, easy to drive roads.

The Lodge consists of two properties (Total 488 m2) – a 3 bedroom house (one bedroom now is used as study) and separate 2 bedroom house with own kitchen and laundry. Both houses are constructed to an exceptionally high building standard. Produced in South African Republic from so-called “Iron Tree” – extremely hard and resistant to insects and mold. Houses were produced and prepared for transport by sea to Spain and than assembled on plot in Monda. There is also a separate pool casita with Hamam (Turkish bath) and 50m2 garage for 2 cars made of bricks. Car-shelter for 4 cars just near electric remote driven gates. Double Wrought iron gates open to access Lodge with the drive curving towards the main house and separate guest house. The double garage is located to the left of the drive way. An extra concrete build storage 8 m2 also on the plot. The impressive main house consists of two bedrooms. Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, kitchen, lounge, dining room, study (home office), patio garden terrace, guest bathroom. The high ceilings in the lounge of this property and large windows to the front aspect make for a very bright and airy room. The lounge is very specious, easily coping with two large sofas. It has a wide tall feature chimney. Modern 75 “ TV also there. The open-plan kitchen, which leads from the lounge, has a centre island, dishwasher, washing machine, modern big_fridge/ freezer, and a back door that leads to rear of the property. The dining room is to the left, patio doors lead to the covered terrace area planted with grapes. The terrace is furnished with big solid dining table with 8 chairs, patio sofas and chairs. Patio chimney has also been constructed allowing the owners to enjoy the cooler winter evenings outside. There are also double doors into the dining room opening into the lounge. The dining room can also be accessed from the kitchen. The Master Bedroom is framed by large windows allowing sun to flood into the room and the views to be appreciated at their best – unobstructed. In nice days one can enjoy view of snow peaks of Sierra Nevada. A large en-suite bathroom houses a shower, WC and double basin unit. A Walk-in wardrobe is also located off the master suite. Bedroom 2 is good sized rooms again with large windows, a family bathroom is also located in the main house. A sun terrace runs along the front of the house. All rooms air-conditioned cool and hot. A patio area leads to the Guest House and to the pool area with an ancient olive gracing the patio centre.

Guest House: When entering the guest house through the double patio doors there is a real sense of space. The guest house has own fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing and drying machines, as well as terrace. Very comfortable for living two families independently. An open plan kitchen is located to the right, fitted storage cupboards with ample preparation area. A backdoor leads from kitchen to an elevated terrace with patio table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. The main bathroom, with shower cubicle, modern elevated hand basin and WC is located off the lounge as it the second bedroom. The first bedroom is semi circular and is located through curtains in lounge area. There is also kid’s bedroom with 2 beds separated from lounge by the door. The guest’s laundry area is located in the rear of the property. Pool Area Particular attention has been given to the pool area with sweeping stairs leading up to the garden pool. The pool casita with Turkish bath, shower, bathroom storage room and small relaxation area. There is also shelter with big dining table and 6 chairs – nice alternative place to enjoy barbeque near swimming pool. Pool is heated and ready for use all year round. A pool cover is located under the wooden decked area, the pool and garden are fully lite on an evening. 70% of plot – beautiful lawn ( being nursing with modern lawn cutter (mini tractor) Huaquarna – still on factory guarantee. Different mature trees: olives, nispero, grenadines, lemons, oranges, cherries, plums, pears, apples etc. There is also vegetable garden to have really fresh vegetables for the table. Garden area covered by lawn an it’s perimeter surrounded by the wall of big mature thus protecting full privacy for the owners. Rest 30% of plot is “wild” area covered with authentic for the area plants olives, cactuses and others. On this area – chicken and goose coop. Good to always have fresh eggs for breakfast. There also situated 2 water deposits 20 + 5 M3 and water treatment system. Garden area equipped with computerised irrigation system. Quite important. The area is quite dry and there are strict restrictions for irrigation water. Current Owner succeeded to get official Government permission (license) for the property for subterranean water. So, for irrigation was arranged 105 meters deep well. Besides water also comes from town Monda water system. In the area electricity supply has limit of 15 kw for a property. Offered property officially receives electricity from separate private line from transformer with 50 KW power. This power divided just only with one property next to offered one. So there is in fact no limits for electricity consumption.
